What Does Nutrition Have to Do With It?

I am not one for scare tactics, in fact I firmly believe that what you think on grows, what your mind tells your body manifests in the physical form, positive or negitive, it will grow. However being informed and aware of the possibilities, even the negitive ones, keeps us prepared. Not to dwell, just to be aware so that we can take steps to either correct a physical situation or prevent one from occuring. To that end, lets think for a moment (just a moment!) about heart health.

This graph from the US Department of Health and Human Services shows us just where heart health comes in on the major concerns about women's wellness. Suprised? Heart disease seems to have always been associated with men, but the truth is this is a real concern for women, and one of the major concerns at that.
