Pure air is a major component of vibrant health. So much about our health is tied into the air we breathe. Breath is our life source, many cultures have different names for the breath, the ancient language of Aramaic (the language Jesus spoke) it is ruha meaning the breath of life and the Hebrew word is ruach which is the word for spirit and also means breath. So it stands to reason that the ancients not only understood that the breath is all important to life, but that the act itself was intrigal to who we are...spirit having a human experience. Even in the current era we know that the breath is our life source.

The ancients had the pure air the cleanest air to breath...however modern life has precluded pure fresh air in all of our cities, most of our towns, and pollution is even encroaching into the places we once thought of as having pure clean air.

The worst of these places is actually inside our homes. There is off-gassing of all the paint, flooring (wood, carpet, tiles) building materials, insulating materials, cooking gas, dust mites, cleaning products, solvents...and the list goes on and on. When I see a picture of an infant laying directly on carpeting (the newer it is the worse the off-gassing is)it sends chills up my spine as that is one of the worst offenders in indoor air pollution. In most cases our indoor air quality is acutally worse than what is out side.

Most air filters do nothing but recirculate toxins by pulling the same air over and over and pushing it through a dirty filter. That doesn nothing to ensure you are breathing pure air. It stands to reason, that once air has gone through any filter is has left behind toxins, so therefore the next air to flow through is alsobeing pushed though the toxins in the filter. Air filters also harbor mold and if not cleaned on a regular basis, can contribute to the extremely poor air quality it is suppose to eliminate.
