This daily health tips page is designed for you to pick and use those ideas that make sense to you, fit into your life style the things that will have the most impact on your daily life. The more of them you use, the better! My favorite for a quick wake up is drinking a full glass of distilled room-temp water as soon as I get up. Nothing wakes me up faster or gets the bodily functions moving quicker than that glass of water! Try it!



Eat a big breakfast. Why...

Have 8 glasses of pure, distilled water per day. Why...

Walk for at least 1 hour, non-stop, each day. Why...



Have a grapefruit day, all day once a week.

Never use artificial sweeteners. Why...

Never use MSG (monosodium glutamate)



Use digestive enzymes

No white sugar or white flour.

Have an organic apple a day.

Limit or eliminate dairy.

Eat a huge salad at lunch and dinner

Use a rebounder

Add hot peppers to your meals
